How to Dance the cha cha Step

Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. Today we are going to have a blast exercising together so I want you to get up off the couch and join us. Come on. If your brother and sister are in the room, get them to join in. Great. Today we are doing a Latin move and it is called the chacha so watch our feet really carefully. It is a three beat. Here we go. One two three, you are moving side to side just ever so slightly. Looking good. One two three. If you want, you can add a clap, here we go. You know what is great about exercise, it makes your muscles stronger and that is going to make you feel great. Good, you got it. One two three, why do you not move around the room, add your own creativity. Looking good. Having fun, we will see you again really soon. Awesome job you guys.
