Here are some tips with how to deal with difficult clients. A friend of mine once said, "Business would be a lot of fun if it weren't for the clients." Well, my first suggestion is patience; you have to have patience with difficult clients. Number two, listen; listening is half of the battle. But don't roll over, be strong with your suggestions. Make them a few times, if they aren't taken then you can make some compromises and always listen for the money issues. Money is the root of many, many problems with clients. So, when it comes to dealing with difficult clients, patience, listen, hear their needs and goals, fulfill them.
