Hi stampers! Today I thought I would you show how I decorate my RSVP pens with these Micro beads. You are going to need some sticky strip and some of course, some Micro beads and I am using the RSVP pen. This is what they look like when you buy them. You can buy them anywhere. I bought mine at Staples. And the reason the RSVP pen work really good is because you can actually remove the inside and you can decorate the barrel of your pen with designer paper which I am going to show you how I did that today.
This is one that I just made. I am going to show you how I did that. So what you are going to do is you are going to need your designer paper cut it 1” x 3 ¼”, an RSVP pen, and sticky strip. First, you are going to remove your barrel of your ink pen and I want to take the designer paper and I am just going to lay this on here and you want to kind of really get that going is first, the folding part of it so it wraps around the base of your pen. I guess you could say its almost like folding because you really want that to be really tight.
Okay, so once you get that wrapped around the base of your insert, then it should be pretty tight and small, so you can fit it in to the barrel of the pen and what I like to do is where the seam is, I always like to place that some what by, the pen has got some beveled edges, so I like to put the crease right at the beveled edge so as not too obvious. Let us see where I want to put that. I guess right here is good. Okay, then you are just going to slide that in as far as you can get it and then take your tweezers and just push the remainder down inside your barrel, so it look like that. Now, that is actually pretty cute just the way I did this but I like to have the beads too.
So, then you can add your pen inside. So, that is pretty cute. Okay, so now with the adding the micro beads, I want to take my sticky strip and then I am going to wrap it upward, just keep wrapping it up.

Then when you get close to the end, you do not want that to really on top of your pen there and then just turn that off. Okay, and make sure that its adhered good to your pen and then start peeling off the back end of your sticky strip.

Starts coming off, sometimes it sticks to the sticky strips, you got to be careful when your peeling it off, because you want that to be all off.

That is really sticky stuff.

You can see where this back end stays, because it is pink or red and when you are taking the tape off or the back end off, you just want to go slowly so you can make sure you get that all off because you want your beads to go all around that sticky strip. Okay, there you go. So then I am just using a stamp box from stamping up and I got all my micro beads in there. Now, what I am going to do is I am just going to set, I want to take the actually the slid off here first. Just rolls better, when the lids are off and then set your RSVP pen right down in the micro beads and then just roll it, like that and then you want to make sure they all sticks, so you want to press them down and then you know swipe your finger across the base of it to get all the extras off that are sticking and then you can roll it again.

Okay, that looks pretty good. There you go, is not that cute? It is a designer pen. All right, thanks for stopping by, we will see you later. Bye!
