Male Speaker: The technique we're going to show you now is one where you see a double leg takedown coming. Somebody is a wrestler, somebody is a mix martial artist and they want to dominate you on the ground, then they come down and try to tackle you, but this is where you see it coming. So you have a little bit more reaction time, you are not in really close quarters combat zone just yet, where you have more reaction time. And from here, what you are going to do is you're going to manipulate their head and their body, so then you can kind of short-circuit that double leg takedown before he actually gets his arms wrapped around you and here is what you do.
Basically, when you see it coming in, this works really well in bars when people are -- they are drunk and they are moving in slow motion, anyway. So as you see he come in, you want to naturally put your hand on his head. That's one thing that's going to possibly just happen naturally for you. And when this happens, he starts coming through, you want to hook your other arm underneath his arm and you're going to push down on the head and the arm at the same time, and he'll drop down right in front of you, and from here, it's just the hammer smash, hammer smash, knee, hammer smash on the groin. You have a lot of targets that are available to you from here.
One more time, just real quickly. When he is coming through, you see he comes in, guy is drunk in the bar, he just comes through, try and grab, then we will take down. I'm just going to grab the head, push through, bam, bam, smash and go.
