Next submission that we want to work on is actually a Double Armbar and I like to set it up from the S mount. So I am here. I ride my knees up and I get a really good S mount. I seat in really deep in my S mount. Normally he would feel in armbar coming right here, that's fine we don't care if he knows its coming or not. We are going to look under just like to go off for the armbar, it doesn't matter what kind of setup he does with his arms; we are going to throw a double armbar on him, alright. We are going to sit back and notice what I do with this hand. I will reach all the way over and I am cuffing this arm as well. You can do it that after you throw the leg over or before it doesn't matter. I like to do it before and when I throw it over I have already got two arms extended.
Now the way we are going to get a double armbar is just like the bicep-cutter variation, we are going to throw a triangle over his arms. Now one arm goes up right like that which is going to separate his arms very, very powerful double armbar you are literally going to hyperextend both elbows. Okay from the other side we are here, I have come up into S mount. I got a really good mount going, he knows that armbar is coming, that's fine just like with the S mount from earlier I push the arm over I could go ahead and tack both, here. As I am sitting back, I throw the triangle over. I throw the triangle on both arms now I can raise that one or pull my hips up.
Be really careful your partner is going to have a hard time tapping because you have got both his arms. I would suggest that your partner either tap verbally or tap with his feet, just be really aware of what you are doing here. From another angle, we are here, I get up in a good S mount. I like to feed this arm over so that I am not trying to fight it when I sit back. I grab the other arm, either way it doesn't matter whichever hand you want to control with or both hands. I bug the neck, I grab it. See I am bugging the neck and controlling the arm all in one, this lets me go ahead and seal this in. I sit over. I have both arms. At this point I sit back, I am just holding his wrist, I sit back from the Armbar. And I will take the triangle with me over. Now I raise that arm or raise my hips with the other arm, very powerful triangle.
Going the other way, I get the S mount, I take this arm out of my way, I sit over. And as I sit back I throw the triangle over his arms, I can push up or down. Again, tack either arm from there. One last angle I am here, I tack for an S mount, come up I need a good solid base here. I push that across. As I am throwing my leg around, I am attacking both arms. As I sit back its my leg always, its my leg that's closest to his leg that throws from over for the triangle. I sit back and get the triangle, I can push up or down I have got an armbar on both arms.
One last time, I have got a good base, got a good S mount, immediately I move his arm out of the way, I sit back. I throw the legs into the triangle. I like to hook the head, up with one arm or down with the other. That's a really mean, it's a really nasty double armbar from the S mount. You can set it up in a bunch of ways. You can setup in a guard, there is a couple of ways you can set it out with, when you try to bug those arms you have really got a good hold on some different submissions there.
