The next step on escape that we are going to work is double under breast low sweep, bridge roll. It has a lot of acts and lot of setups. We are going to work on it of this setup, of the first escape we just did the Hook and Roll. So we are inside now and we are going to try to setup this hook and roll but our opponent feels that we move his hips back, that gives us plenty of room to stick this arm under, okay. He has some options here too so be careful with it. But once this gets under we are going to bridge our hips, okay and literally on both sides on his head, and on his hip we are going to go under. I am going to bridge straight up and try to push him just slightly and this hand is not going to move, I am just going to keep it glued right here, okay. We bridge up, come out from underneath him using this to hook his head and drag him around into the side mount.
Alright, again trying to step up, he moves back, this hand goes under. When I do that I bring my feet and real close to my butt, I want to bridge and get up from underneath him, bridge, get up from underneath him. Use that hand to hook and cover around into his side now, okay. Last view, we are here, I go to stab and he moves out, I shoot this arm under; I am shooting this underneath him. I bring my feet in, I bridge up to here, I use this hand as I move. I use this to push straight down and bring it around into my side mount. It's not a drill that you are going across this, doing side mount escapes, side mount escape but that's the way you can do the bridge and roll from the side mount.
