Good, very good, if you drill it enough and then can be sensitive to do it really fast in FLOW, free "sparring" . Good, apart from: 1 = Punching with closed fist. I assume his targert was the chin. I'm surprised that an Israeli would risk breaking his trigger finger when a tiger palm would do fine 2 = the suggestion of applying a knee to his lower level [looked like the left leg] that popular idea was really not smart! Sure... it might work.. for some attackers. Plenty of thugs though will still have ability to respond with the instinctive reaction: to grab your leg and push with the shoulder [standard MMA single leg takedown]. You have now gone from having a huge advantage to sacrificing it for the hope of an effective strike and ending up on your butt! Good luck with your kimura attempt from the bottom while his friends kick your head in! Standard krav-maga move with ju-jutsu finish, very good although I would add a knee when entering to be on the safe side. Some of the knife defenses I've seen on this site are plain madness, yours is sound and practical. Good job.
