Our next sweep that we are going to work on actually ends in submission but it is from where our opponents stands up in our guard, I have already worked a couple of options which you have when your opponent does stand, that's one more you should add in, okay. So we are in our guard, now our opponent is going to stand, now when he stands, I am going to open our guard, I am going to take one leg into like it another, I am going to tuck it under him and hook, I will hook off through his side.
You notice how I just came directly come under to come off to the side mount. When I do this I like to bring this knee and pinch it right on his knee, okay. So I am right here, I pinch, I like to push up with my hips, as I get the toes off before. Once he comes up on his toes, he has made a plenty of room, you go ahead and grab this Heel Hook, he really can't refrain this, this is a really rough submission.
You can really pop the guy's heel pretty quick from right here, okay. Again, our opponent has stood up in our guard, when he stands, the legs go off it. We hook under, we will get off to the side off him, as soon as we are onto the side, we bump up and get this the Heel Hook. if we can't get it or if his leg comes all the way up, we can easily transition straight into the Kneebar.
One more time on the other way, our opponent stands, as soon as he stands, this leg comes under and hooks over here, okay. I got couple of options, when I bump him up with my hips, I am just straight to the Heel Hook or I can flat him out and go to the Kneebar.
Our opponent stands, we break our guard open, we hook and we turn off to this side, immediately, I can go for a Heel Hook or bump him, straight him out, go on to the Kneebar. Going the other way, we are here, open the guard. We are going to hook under and get off to this side.
When we bump him we are going to straighten him out to the Kneebar or the Heel hooks, so I bump him, I am going to I flat him out and straight to the Kneebar. Last angle, our opponent stands in our guard, we open our guard and we get off to the side of him, I want to stand him, be really aware that he had the Heel Hook staring at him too. So you really got to be careful with this, you got to do it quick.
I like to bump him, flatten him out go straight into the Kneebar or the hold Heel Hook, got a lot of options. One last time that angle, our opponent stands, we open our door, we hook under, we get off to the side. As soon as we are off to this side, we bump him, we have either got the Heel Hook or we bump him, we go down into the Kneebar, lot of options.
Lot of really painful leg locks, that you could end or fight with from that position, that is a really good sweep even if you miss the submissions, at least get your opponent from standing over you when you are in guard, especially in the guard that can be very dangerous.
