How to Delete Data in OpenOffice Calc

If you have a piece of data that you want to get rid off, you will need to go ahead and delete it from the spreadsheet to do so, go ahead and click on the cell that contains the data that you want to delete. You know status and act of cell has that thick black line around it. So then on your keyboard simply hit the delete key and your going to get this delete contents dialogue box and in this way you can delete only certain things from the cell if you want to delete just the numbers of the date time or the notes, you can do that. However most the time you’re going to want it delete everything on the cell, so just press that delete all button and then click OK and it will be sure to delete everything from the cell.
