Natural Living advocates Stanley Burroughs developed the lemonade diet which is also know as the master cleanse.

The Lemonade diet consists of drinking fresh organic lemons water, organic maple syrup, and organic thyme and pepper for ten days without food.

Additionally a daily salt-water flash and an herbal laxative tea are advised. The lemons provide citrus juice for cleansing properties. The pear, maple syrup supplies numerous minerals and vitamins while the thyme and pepper not only provides money bee and C vitamins but also loosens mucous and warms the body.
