Host: Several disorders combine together where if you see child with Physiatric impairments and enological impairments and they’re associated with certain facts of infections. Some people group this together and called PANDA. There is still lot of research is going with that right now, a lot of people --
Henry Joseph Hasson: Some will think its true --
Host: Exactly, some feel like that it might just been association that’s not even there because again you have to remember that, streptococcus is a very common infection, everyone knows the streptococcus.
Henry Joseph Hasson: -- particularly into a body that they look for that brain --
Host: Sure.
Henry Joseph Hasson: It could be true and they not betrayed, a few people are -- in providence at ground talk it about a little bit
Host: Yeah.
Henry Joseph Hasson: I even have a patient that they gave steroids a terex like syndrome and it could be coincidence for the kids bring to rest down.
Host: Right, you have to be careful with that with single cases because it is possible because you know these --
Henry Joseph Hasson: --
Host: But with -- as we know they get better on their own and those comeback and go in a lot of times you hear how they got better, but you don’t hear how pretty month later it came back again and that is part of definition of terex where you have different tricks that come and go on their own.
Henry Joseph Hasson: So, we’re not sure, but it’s true, we’re not sure if any therapy works, but it’s something that’s -- I’ve started going out to see --
Host: Yes.
Henry Joseph Hasson: If there is possibility.
Host: Yeah and that’s very important to find out, so we can have a better understanding like how this just sort of works. We have to remember those to be careful, but treating something that we don’t know what we’re treating at, so for example, you know you mentioned that they give steroids and steroids has a lot of side effects and you would want to be careful and only use that in a situation where you really think you might have some benefit.
Henry Joseph Hasson: Thank you very much.
