If you are like most dieters and occasionally find yourself scarfing down the guilty piece of pizza, you will love the cheaters diet which encourages us in discussions.
The cheater’s diet was devoted by Doctor Paul Rivas. Based on the theory that a too strict diet causes the metabolism to slow down, hindering weight loss. Occasionally indulgences however prevent this.
If you are on a cheaters diet, you are expected to eat a healthy Mediterranean’s style diet, Monday through Friday. This involves filling your plate half full of fruits or veggies. A quarter full of lean protein and a quarter full of whole grains.
Then, from 9 AM on Saturday to 9 PM on Sunday cheating is not just allowed, it is required. Cheaters dieters get to enjoy foods like chocolate, pizza and cinnamon buns. The only thing that is not allowed is bendging. That means if you really cannot eat just one lays potato chip? That is not a good cheat food for you.
The cheaters diet proves to cheaters everywhere that you can have your cake and eat it to, and loose weight to boot.
