To remove the Base sub assembly you will see that there are two tabs located here, simply press and then pull up to remove the sub assembly.
Now to remove the top cover located in the back underneath the top cover there are two Phillips screws, you will have to loosen these two screws. Now simply just lift up from the back and slide forward to remove the top plate. Notice the many warning labels that are located in the side with the CRT monitor is this tell you that handling the CRT monitor is extremely dangerous and can cause a vertical shock. Now to remove the disk drive assembly you will see that there is a fastener in the front loosen it and then slide the whole disk drive assembly out. Once the disk drive assembly is free there is a ribbon cable to remove. Simply unlock the tabs on both sides of the ribbon cable and pull up on the ribbon cable to remove that. Now to remove the disk drive located on the bottom, there are four Phillips screws that has to be removed.
Once the four screws are removed the disk drive is free. First you have to remove the ribbon cable to completely take the drive out and that is the take a part guide for the Apple Lisa.
