How to Display or Hide Rulers in Publisher 2007 If you would like to display the rulers in Microsoft Publisher then go ahead to the view menu and then click on rulers and it will go ahead and it will give you both the horizontal and a vertical tool bar. Now, if you would like to hide this if you already have this displayed, simply go to up view again, click rulers to deselect it and it will go ahead and that will hide your rulers.
