How to Divert Calls on your BlackBerry Bold 9000

BlackBerrytutorials.co.uk Male Speaker: In this video tutorial we'll show you how to divert calls. Press the green call key and than press menu, scroll down and then select options. Now select call forwarding, your BlackBerry device will now receive the confirmation of your settings from your network service provider. As you can see you can either forward all calls or forward unanswered calls. The number listed should be a voice phone number, highlight the number using the trackball and than push it in to switch off or to change the number to one that's listed. If you want to add a new number to the list press menu and than select new number. By selecting edit numbers you can change the number that's been typed incorrectly. When diverting all calls you have the same options and if you are forwarding unanswered calls. Once complete, press the back button and then select save.
