Submissions 101, we're going to demonstrate a self-defense move, when someone comes behind you, and grab your arms and loops over.
Dan is grabbing on here. Now, what we're going to do is we're going to it's called limp arming. So I can't, if he is stronger than me, this is not going to work. It doesn't matter how much you pull forward.
So what you need to do is, you take your hands, place them on his hips and push and almost fall out, and stick your butt out. Then you are going to take, one of your arms. I am going to choose to take the one that's closest to the camera and I am going to make it nice and length and kind of put it on my back, pulling out like so.
So he is looping, I push, and I turn, notice how it's on limp and on my back. And I turn behind, I loop around. I take my hand, place in the back on his chin here, I am going to pull him backwards, force him to the ground. Then place my hand on his head, take the arm, and it's a natural armbar right against the foot, and I am just going to push it down.
You don't want to land like this, if there is nothing. So I land, foot up, right there. So again, we'll do it a little bit faster. So it's essential, when you're doing this, you need to again, lift this out and whip your body, in order for doing.
