Paul Eugene: Hi, my name is Paul Eugene and welcome to today’s show. On todays show I have Michelle with me. And she is here with me to encourage and inspire you in your physical fitness development. Today we are going to do another one of my mine chair aerobics workout. That’s right, you never too old to do a chair aerobics workout and your not too young either, first part of this workout which I call a chair march.
That’s right you going to be sitting in your chair and you better march out. Alright, now we are going to show you and four, three, let’s march, march just like this you got to punk those arms, that’s it and just pretend you are marching, you are marching on your yard, up and down your steps, who knows, you like to walk? lets take a walk and four, and three, and two, here we go again. And four, and three, and two, everybody keep -- keep marching on. Now Michelle, how is your march going on?
Michelle: It’s going good.
Paul Eugene: It’s going good.
Michelle: Yeah.
Paul Eugene: Alright.
Michelle: Yes.
Paul Eugene: You know my march is building it alright.
Michelle: Good.
Paul Eugene: So, we are going to keep on marching okay.
Michelle: Okay.
Paul Eugene: And four, three, two, march, march. Now everybody, how are you feeling so far to find this march this way. That’s right, don't kid pull those abs in, pump those arms, you got it, but I think we are going to add on, okay. But we need to heart rate to climb up. And its going time up by this way five and four and three and two, you keep your march Michelle. Watch me, right here, that’s one, lift it up, while am marching right here. Now that cause the heart rate to start to climb, alright. Are you ready for your heart to climb Michelle.
Michelle: I am ready.
Paul Eugene: And now ready at home. Guess what, everybody join me, here we go. Up, call this art over head press, that it, excellent. That’s press up and press up you got it, I got it, I think we should do it again.
Michelle: Okay.
Paul Eugene: Press, Oh yeah come on, press, you can make some noise if you want to but don’t wake up your neighbors. They might get angry. Ha, ha, too bad, listen up let’s press again. Press, press, that’s it. Press, that’s it. We are working on shoulders; that’s right if one goes up even those right there they are getting work. Mine is tired already. I just want four more of these, give me four, and three and two, everybody back step basic march. Now we are back to our basic cheer march. Now how did you all those over head press. I think you have found the coach. But you know why, I wanted to Add on, okay, I liked to what I call a push and pull. You keep this march and four, three, here is the move, press upfront, press the heel out like pumping the arm to the front. That’s a move. Do you want to try Michelle.
Michelle: I am going to try it.
Paul Eugene: Michelle wants to try it. And four, three, join me and Michelle. Here we go, press, that’s it, press, that it, give me four of them, and three of them and two of them Press that’s it, and press and press, press it again, come on, let’s do it come on, come on, everybody back to basic chair march right there. Now, how did you do with that push and pull do that right now if you know me, I’d like to put it all together. Here’s the deal, we are going to do four chair marches, then four over head presses and then four push and pull. Okay, let me do that again. I show will four marches, four over head press and four push and pull. That’s where we are going to go. I am excited, I full of energy and I am going to go with it. Are you ready? And four, three, put on top everybody, give me, four, three, two, over head press, four, three, two, push it pull front. Four, three, two, and that’s it, are you ready.
Michelle: I am ready.
Paul Eugene: Four marches come on, four; three, two, over head press it up. Four, three, two, push and pull, come on, and march here; I think we have got that.
Michelle: I think so.
Paul Eugene: Let’s do it again.
Michelle: Okay.
Paul Eugene: Give me four, three, two, over hand press aha, aha, aha, now push and pull, that’s cool. Now march it out, can we do that again.
Michelle Yeah, we will do it again.
Paul Eugene: Four marches, hit it, four, three, two, over head press, up, up, up now push and pull in the front, that’s it. Now, march here, everybody, keep the marching right here.
