Submission101, I'm going to demonstrate how to do the Gogoplata from the Mount position. Now, I hope you just did this in dream; it's part of the 10th Planet system and I hope he is a keen student of the 10th Planet system and other Jiu Jitsu obviously as well, that the guys are complete wizard and when we watched it and we watched it, we were just like it is amazing stuff. So, for me what I like to do, if I'm going to set the Gogoplata, I'll come in and it will be almost like an against the lean position here, I like to get this leg up, if it's not working or he is defending here, but I feel that his arm is around my back. What I might do is I might post, come up here, grab on to my ankle and pull it right in front of his throat. Now from that position, there are different ways of doing it, but just you can grab the back of his head, you can pull up, push down as well to give it.
You may do it again with this angle. I'm going to do the other side now. So and here I like to come up, I feel when this arm is around, that's a different opportunity for me as opposed, sit on his chest, keep my weight dead on, pull this is in front. Now this does require some flexibility, some people have trouble doing that.
Now, dance head spear, he may be turning it to protect but it won't matter because all I have to do is just grab on to it and pull up. Trying to get the traditional Gogoplata at Beijing under training your toe, you could do that, but again it depends on, if he is really putting his head down on the mat, he might not allow you, he would himself want to grab on to it and pull up.
