Lee Hayward: Hello how it's going, it's Lee Hayward from BlastYourBench.com and I got a killer tip for you that can help you to take your bench as well as your chest development up to a higher level. I am big fan of doing pushups in my workouts in fact pushups I believe is one of the best exercise is that anybody can do and its one that very few people do any more. But I am the big fan of them and even before I got in to the serious weight training. I always do pushups at my work out obviously, I involved with martial arts and stuff like that before I got involved in really serious body building and that's what I did a lot I focus in the lot of my training and doing pushups and I think that's one of the reason to my chest is hard one of my stronger body works today.
But anyway with the pushup valuation that I want to show you is an incline pushup valuation and I am going to be doing it on the seat of the lat pull down stage. Let me show you what I mean. Most lat pull downs, here is the lat pull station and you'll notice that the seat of it here has a pad that put your knees on that on you sit down on it. As such you can see right here. Any way what I am going to be doing is I am going to be putting my feet over that roller pad there and do my incline pushups that way, and the reason for doing that is that this rotates and it's a lot more comfortable, so you are instead were actually rest right on that roller pad as you do your incline pushups, so I am just going demonstrate it.
Alright, I am setting up here to do the inclined pushups and you'll notice I am bring my feet over the knee pad of the lat pull down station and what this does is it elevate my body, so that's almost like doing an incline bench press, but I am doing it for push ups and what this will do really target the stress right into the upper pack area, which is such as stubborn area for a lot of people who work on. Here you'll see me doing it from another angle and one thing you'll notice is that my feet actually have the freedom to slight back and forth a little bit on this roller pad and this is critical, because again it keeps my upper body in the ideal position that needs to be in it's really target my upper packs.
Well, there you have it, an awesome chest exercise that you can do in your work out to really help filler your upper packs.
