How to Do Overhead Circles - Energy Workout - Series 3

Female Speaker: We finished with our upper body openings. I am beginning with overhead circles. Start sitting tall on your stool and interlace your hands together routing them out so that palms are facing forward and lengthen your spine. Engage your abdominals and exhale as you start making a circle with your torso. Breathe in and energizing your body. Making a full circle with the hands connected, abdominals engaged entirely throughout each circle. You can repeat to the other side exhaling and inhaling and exhaling and inhaling. You can repeat this three times.
