How to Do Pop and Lock Moves

So we have starting on the right side, we have one two, three four, five six, seven and eight. Let us try to do that again. Remember keep the arms really stiff, okay, that what will pop in this. Alright, it is a lot of chain reactions stuff but it is the stiffening and the loosening of the muscles alright, so lot of contracting going on, so we have five, six, seven, slow.

One two, three four, five six, seven and eight, now we are going to take the right leg and put it behind the left foot. We have, one two, stick it out, three four, now we are going to shuffle and five and six then we turn left, seven and we are going to do a chest pop, eight.

Let us try it again, we have, one two, right leg out, three four and five and six turn seven, chest pop, eight, you got it?

Moving on, so now we are going to go straight to locking, we have one two, three, you weigh, you roll the arms and you are going to pull four, and then you are going start off on the right leg, five six, seven and eight. Good, let us try that again. So, I was pointing with one finger and this style is called locking. We have five, six, seven, eight.

One two, three and four, walk five, walk six, pump seven and eight, nice, moving on.

Now we are going to put our right hand out and slap it with the left. One and two, now we raise it up again for a lock, three and four, that is why the term locking is locking because you lock into your muscle position, okay? And then we move on, five and six and seven eight, point on one. So we are going to do that one more time.

So coming form the locking section, we have, one and two roll, three and four hit, five and six, seven and eight point one. Now let us do it all the way through from the top one more time.
