Okay, right now we have our assisted dip and chin up machine. Now, dip chin up or pull up or whatever one you are doing at this. Leverage are back there you can do your dips or your pull ups. Dips we covered earlier. Crunch straight down make sure you do not lock your elbows breathe out as you press straight up working on the back of the arms and also the chest muscles. Pull ups, are right here we just grab, make sure our shoulders are retracted breathing out as we pull straight up, lower straight down, right back up. Neck muscles and biceps.
So, I can say alright here that this is a great feels the lever angle there, all right pull the time.
Now this machine is difficult for instance pull up some push up if capable. Pulling a bunch of pull ups, push ups and dips are difficult. This is an assistant machine so basically this machine will help us lift our own body weight. So, we could pick a weight we can choose here and based on the chart here, there is going to be different charts but this is a typical assistant machine that you can find in most of your health clubs.
Stand up right on this machine and as you do your dips or pull ups, the little pad that is right underneath the little bar like underneath my feet will also help lift my body weight up. So it may take off a certain percent of body weight that I would not have to lift if I would do it without the bar there. So that kind of make sense right.
Next thing we have here, we have our pull ups and we are pulling straight up right leg down straight up right back down with our assisted weight.
