So I am going to show you bits and pieces of the Water Hypnosis Therapy session. Again at this location for 18 or so minutes, I don't really know how long it is. I will show you a little bit of diet and while I am editing this, I am probably going to see things that I have never heard before or that my conscious is hearing and I have actually been doing, I just don't know. But listen, I guess to the worlds, that they are sharing with me. Probably, this is going to be week number 9.
I don't want to grow out my diet, I am really happy with the way that my body is looking. Again, I haven't weight myself, I know it's working on close link. I feel a lot better about myself, so I know it's working for that, but I can feel myself, as we go further from the date I have started, down losing motivation. So hopefully, this will get me back on track. So take a look.

This session is going to give you suggestions to drink enough water in order to become healthier, to feel more energetic, and to look younger, blood pressure healthy, and make sure muscles and bones work better. However, dehydration isn’t just the matter of not drinking enough water, it's also a matter of consuming too many substances that steal your precious water: coffee, tea, sodas -- that continue your body to lose more water. So exactly dehydration is already happening. So keep water with you at all times. If you have a bottle with you, it will serve to remind you to use it. You can even set a time on your PC or cell phone.
This hypnosis session as well is being wonderfully relaxing, will help program your unconscious mind to remember to drink the right amount of water and to keep you motivated, so that you can quickly start enjoying all the health benefits that can be your nourish time for you to begin to relax nice and deeply. As you rest comfortably, you can just let your eyes gently close, that's it. You will notice in a few moments, a natural easy relaxation allowing your body and mind to tune into each other and rest into a place of perfect calmness, letting go either the big aspect to it, listen to my morals because now the unconscious mind really is so very good and listening for it in my words float off on the air. Your unconscious mind pays attention for you as you rest rest deeper now.
Now what I would like you to do is to imagine a soft fluffy and learn to listen to your body, that communication becoming easy and natural, an unconscious process. Imagine, if your body could really talk to you, if that skin and blood could speak, if those bones and muscles can speak, if that liver and kidneys can speak to communicate with you in words. I wonder what they might say to you. Now you can get a sense of those kinds of thing, but you need to be hydrated, starting to drink water before you become thirsty. Perhaps, the first glass of the day just after you get up, enjoying the freshness. Almost, as if that water kick starts your day.
The way the water revitalizes you, perhaps, it has united where you might be. Perhaps at work, the water on your desk, enjoy the nice refreshing glass with your lunch. Just thinking about all those different times throughout the day that will remind you to drink a glass of water, but for now what you can do is start to drift back to the heaven, nice and gently in your own time. You might even feel a slight excitement. Now how much better you are going to feel, now you are beginning to drink enough water?
You can just begin to notice a little bit more besides your the road, the sensations in your body, the way that you are supported there, just becoming more aware of the chair, or bed, or whatever is underneath you.
