Speaker: So anyways, so I did my Portion Hypnosis this morning. I want you to visualize over this session here and just listen to the words that this guy is telling me about over stuffing myself. That anything that I am eating past beyond what I need is actually just lunch. That your body has to work harder and the only thing that I am really gorging myself on is the water but there is no calories in water. So I am really happy about that. So I am feeling like I am really stuffed most of the times and that’s because the bottle of water. So I am purposely not over eating because I am always feeling full because of the water and because I am portioning control my meal.
So take a look at the session. I have done it in clips like I did before. Remember that relaxation part is the most longest part of the actual session, it is about 18 minutes long. You can get a good sense of what my mind is doing during everyday life as I am operating and I am doing my regular routine but the words at the sky is telling me “do click off” in my brain when they need to. So take a look.

When we were trying to feed, we had to gorge on it because it might be your last meal for quite a while. We can think of any excess food was just lunch, it’s got to slow the body. Then another revolution covered by fridges, freezer, microwaves, supermarkets, additives and preservatives spread by global migration and treasure.
So much of modern lives and matter of cut it. You eat because it is time to eat, even though you just snacked tough. We over eat it in politeness because we have been trained to think of food left on the plate waste, but how to pour more gas into your car when it’s already full. Car’s tank doesn’t store excess fuel the way your body does. Good portion control doesn't just make you slimmer, it gives you more energy. Now you can just let your body settle down.
May be you are sitting in a chair or lying on bed or some place to relax. A great way to just begin to relax very deeply is to close your eyes. You have done it already. Yes, so you don’t even need to try to relax deeply. Alright, just drifts it comes from energies and it comes to mind sometimes. That’s good. Now there is a perfect environment for you to digest these ideas. The moment you eat more than your body really needs, your body is forced to workout.
You can just begin to turn back to the human now in your own time. That was 5, to 4, to 3, getting more, getting more like this, to 2 and 1, getting refreshed and comfortable. You are relaxed and awake. As you become more and more living your surroundings and any times you arrive, just open your eyes, good. We recommend that you listen to this thing everyday for a week or at least until you notice that you are automatically leaving after the meals.
