Nice explanation, although I hear different explanations about the height of the hands. Some just say shoulder height others say between navel and chin height. And then there is people saying you have to focus on your meridians sucks as your hands or dan tien. It's confusing to find the right way to do it because there is too many different explanations on the net. I do it about the same way you do it on the video. I feel tingeling sensations in my hands (chi??) and i get heat attacks and start sweating s it doing somehting. I don't feel the chi flowing through the body (i do 20 minutes). So I am not sure if I hold my hands and arms wrong or maybe I just need more practice and it will come eventually. I started out with 5 minutes, then went to 10 minutes practice daily, then 15 minutes daily and now i try 20 minutes daily. Sometimes even twice. 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon or evening. Soon I move to china for training with tai chi masters in
