We are going to be moving forward and back and we are just going to be shaking the shoulders so it is a real easy one. So really travel in that living room. You are going forward, good and back. Let us try it again. Watch, we are going to add these shoulders, here we go. Shake good and back. Again. When you are exercising, you are breathing in oxygen and you need oxygen to keep those muscles going so make sure you are breathing and shake it.

Try this so you are going to make a little bit of noise, here we go. Good. Try again. Good. Awesome, keep breathing, get that oxygen in. Looking good. So exercise everyday and we will see you soon.
