isn't her form incorrect? Her arms shouldn't be going so low... shouldn't you only lower to height of bench?

How to Do a Dumbbell Chest Press

Female Speaker: This is dumbbell chest press. This exercise is working your chest and your arms. As you come down make sure you are coming down to chest line and as you come up lead out with the knuckles. Always make sure you keep the dumbbells above the chest and not the face.
