How to Do a Flower Hands Turn in Fitness Belly Dance

hands movement.
The same way we did the basic turn that is crossing your legs and turning. This time
we’re going to use just switch your arms. And you’re going to try to do like a flower
movement. So just like your flower movement, your palms must to be facing the people
or the camera or the class and you just going to turn it. You’re going to do the same thing
when you’re doing the turn, that’s going to be right here.
So when you’re doing the turn is going to be really slow. Remember it at your side, until
with flower up. So do turn one, two, three, and four. Let’s do another turn and ready one,
two, three, and four. And we’ve come along way to do the turns. Do it slowly because I
know the arms like to treat -- they just turn it and then one that is moving, is one to hold
