And you want to start by lying on the ground and the heels of your feet on the exercise ball. now you want to lift those hips and make sure your body is in straight line, now pull the heels of your feet towards your butt, keep the motion slow and control and make sure you are squeezing your stomach and butt, don’t let those hips drop make sure you keep up straight line the whole time, and really fee the back of your thighs working.
