Host: So Ken, I'm still trying to figure out how is it you can improve all of the things that are off in my pool without having to drain it?
Ken: A lot of times when the calcium hardness is really off the charts, and TDS, and everything else that we have already talked about, it's due to high calcium levels, and it's hard to control some of the issues you have in your pool, harder to control pH especially when salt increases. It's very hard to keep your pH at the normal level. Then when you have high calcium levels and you also have high TDS levels. Calcium acts as a sponge. So a lot of times, it just make some dealing with your normal everyday chemistry a lot more difficult.
So basically what we do is as you can see in here, there are approximately two hoses that enter into your swimming pool. That one is attached to a submersible pump, that actually takes the water from your swimming pool and it enters into our filtration trailer. In our trailer, there are 12 sets of membranes that actually lower calcium hardness, lower total dissolved solids, lower salt, lower pH, lower total alkaline, chlorine, and CYN. After all that has actually occurred, there is another hose that will come back into the pool that will have excellent water for your swimming pool.
Host: So this is the good water coming back right here?
Ken: Yeah, that's correct. But we actually haven't really fired up the system yet, so as soon as we do, we will be able to show you how long this works.
Host: Rumor has it that that water is so clean you could actually drink it?
Ken: Yeah, and I will drink it in front of you today.
Host: Alright, cool. Alright we are nearing the end of the process here and as you can see, this water is crystal clear. In fact, the water has never looked so good. All because of this beautiful pump here. And if you recall, our friend Ken Sheer of Calsaway pools, he said that the water coming back into this pool is so clean that you could drink it. So Ken, are you ready to taste this water?
Ken: Absolutely, keep in mind, this is your pool water, and we started that submersible pump right there. It takes the water from your pool into our trailer that lowers all the mineral count in your pool, and then this is what's returning back into your swimming pool and you can actually, it's so pure, you can bottle it.
