The next exercise is a Stiff Leg Dead Lift or abbreviated into an SLDL.
For a 13-14 year old athlete, we are typically going to start them with either a wooden dull or a PCB pipe just to make sure that their back positioning is correct.
With the older athlete were probably start them with the dumbbell. But for the right now, I am going to show you the 13-14 year old.
Shoulders back, chest out and butt slightly rotated up towards the ceiling. From that point, just bend at the waist,

Were then going to turn to the side and the motion is the same again bending from the waist,
