We are going to get ready in goddess pause hands. Your upper body moving from side to side and if you are like me and you want your hand down, take those hands beside your face so the hair does not go into your mouth. And now add the twisting leg folks. So the hands going to the light pulps moves and the body still twisting going back to slow speed, goddess pause. Half time, just twisting the body looking forward right now and now faster, look from side to side, twist the upper body, hands are still in goddess pause.
We are going to change to light pulp hands. Moving, it is just from side to side, looking from side to side and the hands are going out here relax. Take those feet wider; we are going to get in to a flowing lounge here. Put your hands on your hips to begin, lounge starting to the right, plunging from side to side. The feet stay connected to the earth. One knee bent, one knee straight. Flow from side to side. We are going to add some hand movements here. But right now keep flowing from side to side, rhythm to those legs, keep that course strong. Now paint the wall, one arm comes up and down, paint the wall. You are painting the world with love.
