So we are going to start off with your weight to your right. Keep that knee a little bent and I am going to drop down straight curve around and push back up drop down, come around, push back up – 7, 8. We are going to go – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1, 2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,7 ,8. And again I want to make it a nice full uppercase U. So want to drop straight down, come around, and push up. Drop straight down where I am. Boom
So when first start practicing this move I want to do it real slow like I am now. Four counts – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Next I am going to speed it up to half time which is going to be 1, 2 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Here we go 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and poom, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 same mechanics but the move is a little bit smaller because it is faster now boom, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
Next I am gong to go tempo, which going to be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and notice when I get faster. I do the move faster my move becomes smaller because I have less time. So this is tempo 6, 7, bend your knees and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. So let’s try it with music, we going to start four counts, two counts and then tempo

Ready and 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, look at where my weight goes to the side boom. Other side 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, poom, poom, half time. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, tempo, poom, poom, poom, poom, poom, and poom, poom, poom.
So that is your dip into U, just few notes for girls especially. I want you to put more hip into it poom. Make it nice and round kind of lift up those hips at the corners doom, poom, poom, poom, poom. Guys do not be afraid to use your hips either but girls you just really want to curve it and really arch it. So the dip is - we played it to a slow song but it is good for a lot of other styles. You try and just have to put more energy into it. I just made this really nice and smooth because it is R&B and it really a chill song. So that is dip into U so practice and have fun with it.
