Kimberly: Today's exercise is elbow plank twister, but before get started those of you who haven't gone to ultimatepilatesworkouts.com, please do so for lots and great free workouts. So, elbow plank twister here we come, will be an in elbow plank as the name would suggested with the elbows right under the shoulders and go ahead and press yourself until long plank.
Now you don't want to apply to the hips, so you don't want to your little derriere too high and you don't want it too low. Low is much worse, so if you are going to air, air on the high side, pull your stomach up to the front wall of your spine and the shoulders are sliding down the back. Now you're going keep upper body where it is and just rotate the lower body. Pelvis rotates the left and you find your way outside of the right foot and inhale right back center. Exhale rotates the pelvis through right waist on the outside of the left and inhale right back to center. Exhale rotate to the left and inhale back to center and exhale rotate. Right now, she is going to do it two more times, I want to show something very important, nerves that we're not dropping we're rotating, but we're not dropping. So when you do the other side touch hip to the mat.
So, we are not going down every time, hips are little strain under the scapulas and we want to stay right inline and to finish just bend the knees to come on down, and that is elbow plank twister because we know you'll needed ways to make your elbows planks more entertaining right.
