How to Do the Feeble Grind in BMX

(Music Playing) (Demonstration) Feeble grind (Demonstration) This is how you do a Feeble Grind. You want to approach the ledge at a moderate speed not too fast, not too slow. You want to jump and land both feet straight. You want to keep you wheel on the center line straight with the ledge, so you do not go too far over and use want to grind. Keep you balance centered at the middle of the bike with back peg on the ledge front wheel on the ledge bike all the way through, when ready to come off shift your weight, slide ride off.

This is how you do a Feeble Grind.
