Your gaze comes forward, lifting your hips up, slightly resting your knees on your triceps, you can lift up to for baby crawl, lifting one leg, your gaze stays all the way forward, very important part, then listing both feet up. The full expression is straightening your legs and holding it here for five breaths and then you can seat back to Chaturanga, upward facing dog and then exhale downward facing dog. Hey, thank you.
