This is very far from having much to do with martial arts. But it is of course easy to fool ignorants. So in that respect, good job. To many people on the web are claiming to give you martial arts without really understanding much themselves. This is just another example of that.

How to Do the Gung Fu Art Methods

The freedom of the externalized self-expression of the ancient practice of observing and learning from nature is the foundation of both the martial and yogic techniques. What both of these arts have in common is that the awareness principles that they share, exists in their line goal to achieve a higher ground of consciousness beyond our impulses and reflexes. To explore the limits of our physicality as a means to attaining a greater sense of ourself as a holistic body that incorporates the full range of our mental, emotional and bio-energetic potential. The warrior or combative elements of martial arts which the yoga reflects through its warrior poses are for me the physical tools or active metaphors would process in our inner battles that each of us must content with our respective lives. Eliminating the dualities or limitations of our inner adverse areas being uncertainty, inconsistency, and unconsciousness. It is important and interesting to consider that martial artist and yogis are alike. They meditate in the same way using similar techniques with the same common goal of the unified mind, body, and community. In the training, we find self awareness and self respect that the martial artists endeavors and exhales through day in and day out in no way differs from the daily training of the yogi and the yogini. Each repeating their practice on the mat, unifying and linking their techniques into flowing forms resulting in calm, clarity and confidence.
