Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to Energy Blast!

Today, we are going to have a great time exercising because this energy blasts are all about having fun. Get up and join us! Let us go!

Today’s move is called the “hammer step” and what we are going to be doing is moving our body side to side. I want you to watch my feet. It is a real subtle move, have a real cool hip-hop attitude. Here we go. And step 2, 3. It is a little tap. Do not move too far. Little, little, little and stop. And 1, 2, 3, and stop.

Now, we are going to add the hammer arm. Watch. And hammer it down. Good. And 1, 2, 3 with a clap. 1, 2, 3, you can lean if you like. Good! And lean!

Now after exercise, it is really important to stretch to avoid injuries. Remember, we have had a really great work out. Stretch those muscles. Looking good! 1, 2, 3, get it down, hammer step! Awesome job! Go! Lean it. Funky attitude!
