How to Do the Head Lock Escape 3 - Sacrifice Throw
Submissions 101: This headlock escape is a sacrifice throw. What we are going to do is, headlock here, and binding in, I am going to take this leg; I am going to stick it right between his legs, and sit down, like so. As I am sitting down, I am going to lift him up, and turn him over, then I'll frame him, grab his face and I'll get up. So again, here --and notice that most of the techniques start with me grabbing his arm. This is because if he is trying to punch me in the head, I can stop that.
So I grab, step in, I sit, and framing, pushing, and up. So we'll do one more time, much quicker now, so it's a sacrifice throw from a headlock.
