Submission 101. I am going to demonstrate how to do the Jail Break for basically getting your double butterfly from when someone has you in a side control position. If you watch Eddie's match with Royler, 2003. He plays some jail break couple of times on Royler. It's great, it doesn't require flexibility, and again wraps it well, just getting used to pulling and getting your legs in a weird position which is the jail break.
So what I will do, is squat down, and I am here. Now what I am going to do is. I am going to push this hand underneath, and we take this knee, and we will be pushing it up. Now what I am trying to do, is I am trying to take this hand, I am going to grab on to my foot. So I create some space, grabbing on, and what I am going to do is, I am going to pull it underneath, and hook it on inside of his leg.
Now what I do then, I am pushing away here to get the double butterfly. Now I make sure to show you in several different angles, so you can start to see kind of what I am going for. So Dan is here, I take my arm, put it underneath, I check this hip to grab, now when I do that, I shift my body and I a m pulling my toes underneath into his, inside of the side, I push, and as I angle in using my leg power to swim and get my double butterfly.
From here I can't go forward, I just have to fold out and watch or I need to fold out to my left, so I sweep. So over on that position. So I am here, swimming under, pushing Dan so he start to turn, grab on to my toes, I shove inside of his leg, pushing away, pulling the other one in, squiggling out and then here, now I am into double butterfly sweep which is available, okay? So that's the Jail Break, again, another move that requires a lot of stretching time and flexibility.
