Today’s move is called the lunge. It is athletic so hands on your waist or your hips, we are going to step to the right here we go and you go down and together, low and high, low and high, you got it. Low and high, down and up. Can you go bigger or lower? Come on, working those legs, drop and lift, good.
So heart disease, it is not a great thing. You want to try and stay health and fit and exercising everyday to avoid it. It is called cardiovascular disease. You want to each healthy so you do not clog those arteries, you got it.
Give me two more. Let us try a little bit faster, here we go. Drop, drop, come on push, working that heart. Great job.
