Now, the move today is tons of fun. It is called “the pepper”. We are going to start of with the feet first. So when you are ready, we are going to move back. Here we go, right and go! Back, back, we are not adding the arms yet, walk it up. We are just going to focus on those legs, good! Ready, pepper, go! Back, looking good! One more time without the arms, go!
You know what? Your body is a skeleton. And guess what? Exercise makes that skeleton strong. So remember, you need to exercise! Here we go, add some pop, go! Pepper and pepper, awesome! Looking good! Come on, get down! Go, go, groove it down, groove it down. Looking good! And again!
So remember, exercise makes strong bones and that is a great thing!
