Jen: Jen, you are the most beautiful girl that I have ever seen. Jen the wonderful, wow! I just can't believe all this fan mail we get Robert, my god.
Robert Troch: Yeah.
Jen: Jen the excellent. Hello, hello this one for you.
Robert Troch: Really, who is it from?
Jen: It's from your mom.
Robert Troch: Let's just go to the show.
Jen: Jen the spectacular.
Robert Troch : On today's episode for all you guys who want to pump up, a women who want tighten up, it's the pump up push up.
Host: Fusion Fitness TV, the place for your weekly health and fitness; start up, tune up, and shape up.
Robert Troch: Rule number one, pump up push ups are done slowly. You want to build muscle and tighten up. This is the way you have to do them. Lower for a count of six, stay tight all the way down, hold for a count of one at the bottom and then press up for count of four. One more time here we go, one, two, three, four, five, six hold, one, two, three, four. You'll only be able to do a few of these, so keep the numbers low.
Slow push ups are difficult to do. Here is how it's going to look if you are not ready to handle one. As you see Jen's shoulders are coccoid, her low back is sagging, she is struggling to get up, lowering down, collapsing, really, really ugly. So let's work on ways to build up strength so you can do this. Here is the number one way to build up strength in this. Work on the negative or the lowering part. Lower for your six count, hold for one if you can, lay down on the floor, prop your self back up and repeat. 0nce you've build up strength in negatives, work on the positive. Push up for your four count, come out of it, relax, reset and then repeat. After you've done these for a while, you may find you're getting so strong that you need some extra weight. Here Jen is helping me out and you know what, I think Jen has put on some weight since last time we did this. I'll have to speak to her about. Anyway, lower for a count of six; two, three, four, five, six, hold. Then up for your four count one, two, three, four, not so tough when you know how to do it.
Robert Troch: Nice job Jen.
Jen: Thank you.
Robert Troch: That's a lot of fan mail.
Jen: Yeah, it is.
Robert Troch: There is one problem with fan mails.
Jen: is there a problem with fan mail?
Robert Troch: Sure there is. You got to carry it, bye.
Jen: As always, please leave your comments at the address below.
