How to Do the V-Up Workout

These are the sets, another exercise for the abs. What you are going to do is you are going to bring your hands and your feet up at the same time. Lifting your legs and your shoulder raise off the ground, exhaling all the way up and then inhaling all the way down. Now let's make this a little less intense, you can leave your legs, up in the air and just use your arms. Coming straight up and straight down.
