provide your body with energy to help get you through today. Avoid fruit juice and eat the actual
fruit, fruit juice is usually double the calories and sugar. The fruit has lower calories; less sugar is
more filling and takes longer to eat giving the real feeling of satisfaction. You have to cheese dip
and try veggies or bake chips and Hamas. Three table spoons of Hamas have about 80 calories
and four grams of fat. Cheese dips has more than double the calories and triple the fat. Take heart
healthy oatmeal over granola, oatmeal has less than half the calories of granola and granola has a
four times the fat of oatmeal. Follow these steps and cut out the empty calories.
