Monkeysee.com Hi my name is Nina and we’re at Obi Sushi in Reston Town Center and today I am going to show you how to eat Sashimi. You put a little bit of soy sauce in your soy sauce dish. Don’t try to put too much on it or else you’re going to ruin the flavor of the fish. And then you take a little bit of Wasabi, just a little bit and you put it directly on to the fish with your chopsticks and then you’re going to be dipping the fish as much soy sauce as you want. But usually only a little bit so that you still taste the fish and then that’s how you eat your Sashimi.
