Use “The If Then Method” for dealing with repetitive problems
What This basically means is, if you are dealing with the challenge more than once you will probably wasting resources, if you do not do not have a system for dealing with it. So, for example, this is the “If Then Method” comes in it works very simple. In an organization it might be something like this, if X occurs then Y solution will solution will be implementing. If the phone rings, then we will say this on the telephone.
In your personal, it might be something like this. If I start feeling this emotion then I will start doing this action. With pretty planning the action given the circumstance that you know may occur again, and in doing so you have pre-planned how you use your resources, what action you will take to create a desirable outcome. This is much more effective and simply letting a problem occur and trying to deal with it again and again and again. It helps you identify problems, identify, problems before they occur, and identify solutions that you will implement in response to problems so that your most resourceful in the planning stage before the problem occurs.
