Rachel has dark circles that we’re going to take care of. We begin, of course with the eyebrows, using a white pencil to outline the area we want to pluck. When we create our shape, we use a tweezer to pluck the areas. You can also use a razor for this. Then we’re going to cut the unruly hairs using a spooly and a scissor. Now this is very important, to choose the right color concealer. We want to use a Salmon color, that’s right, it’s Salmony color, a little bit darker than you might think. But this is what’s going to neutralize that dark area around your brows. Using an all over brush, I used a light, neutral color then with and eye liner, I lined the entire eye as close to the lash line as possible. Then I smudged the liner, almost smoking it out to make it look nice and soft. Both have the top and the bottom.
Using a blender brush, I’m creating that medium shaped tone using back and forth strokes. To define the crease, I use a thin, contouring brush and I go back and forth motions. Using an all over brush again, I’m going to make use I clean up the excess makeup under the brow bone, and before applying mascara, I want to make that I curl the lashes starting as close to the lash line as possible, working my way up and then of course finishing off with mascara to have that nice beautiful natural look for the eyes. With the Pro Effect, we’ve enhanced our already beautiful eyes.

Here’s a helpful tip:
Eve’s Tip
The eyebrow should begin directly above the inner corner of your eyes. To find highest point of the arch, hold a pencil parallel to the outside edge of the iris. The first 3 quarters of the brows should head upward towards your natural peaks.
The final quarter should head downward and taper off at the end. From the arch to the outer corner of the eye, your brow should fall in a straight or slightly curved line, depending on the look you’re trying to achieve.
