How to Enjoy Eating Healthy

Rose Reisman: Um, smells great. Balancing the nutrition equations about healthy eating. Dietitians and Nutritionist have put together Canada's Food Guide to healthy eating. There are four food groups here. Fruits and vegetables, grain products, milk products, and meats and alternatives. The Guide specifies the number of servings per group. Roughly, a serving is about half a cup, like the size of this small apple. I am not into measuring or calculating either. I like to use my plate as a guide, so half of it's vegetables, quarter of it's protein, and the rest and the rest comes from grains or starches like potatoes. Han, got the milk? Rose Reisman: Healthy eating isn't rocket size, it's about balancing the equation. That's food for thought. Okay Adam,where are you? Han: Hey, let's go.
