Hi! My names is Nour and welcome to Tunisia 360. Today, we’ll take you pretty deep to in the south of Tunisia. Tunisia is located on the Mediterranean Sea North Africa, South of Italy in Sicily, and it has beautiful sceneries. If you remember, previously we did talk about the Roman Heritage and the Roman Sights in Tunisia, but today this video will take you completely to a different location which is the South part of Tunisia places like Tozeur, by the salty lake Chott El-Jarid, really interesting places, beautiful scenery, dunes and scent. It’s worth a trip, more to see there.
Now, let’s not forget that Star Wars and the English Patient movies were actually shot in the South of Tunisia. Enjoy the show and again don’t forget to rate my video, send your comments, I love to hear from you.
One more tip, if you happen to be in Douz by the month of December, end of December, make sure you don’t miss out the International Douz Folk Festival, beautiful event and live show. The next thing you can do in Douz is you can camp in one of these tents. You can do some camping to see these beautiful, really, really interesting Douz. And if you feel really or into it, grab one of these fancy four wheel drives. The last time I tried out it was fun to me.
Star Wars, yes famous Star Wars, Star Wars movie, these places are authentic. You can actually walk into there and have a feel of the movie. You can do day trip or you can even do a night trip. The place is open and it’s free, enjoy.
